Been some time since i last visited that place

Watched Katy Perry's movie
Den went queensway shopping centre to get some stuffs before training today
Training today was ok
In my opinion not as tough as tues
Still felt like going for more
Going harder
At least I know running does helps me in making me feel better, and happier.
Just not having a very good mood today.
